Ok, when Mac starts rattling off the charges, the music changes, Monica's face...that moment of, "Yes! The good guys won a round!" triumph - we NEVER get that anymore.

I liked seeing Emily defending AJ, as addiction isn't a choice anyone makes. I always wished AJ and Jason could've had their amends, and the same for Emily.

And again, GREAT directing and storytelling! Love Leslie reacting in the background. Wasn't watching this GH back in the day (switched to DAYS when Sonny hit town) but glad to see they were still doing stellar work (and that the Q's had this awesome s/l!) for a good while before the show's whole identity and cast were massacred and mostly ruined in the 2000s (other than Night Shift 2 and a few other bits).

I believe Edward used to pit them against each other when it came to ELQ. Which I also think was one of the main problems between Alan and Tracy.Edward wanted Alan who wanted to be a doctor for ElQ and Tracy who wanted ELQ. Edward favored Alan for it because he was a man.

Alot of it had to do with Edward pitting them against each other and for what happen to Jason but it has to be more than that, he treated him this way before the accident. I just couldnt figure why he hated him this much.

I agree with those who write its Edward's doing. When AJ came to town as a teen, Ned was taking him around town. No problems. Then, AJ came back after HS graduation a drunk, smart mouth with everyone, and entitled. Plus, Jason came home as a standup guy and Ned admired him. Plus AJ was hurting Monica which Ned disliked. Lets face it, Ned always had a heavy sexual thing for Monica. But Edward pitting them against each other brought the jealously out full tilt. Then the accident...
