I hate the way they kept saying that he is brain damage his not to damage if they can't get him on nothing. And he thinks on his own.

He was brain damaged, but as Tony noted shortly after he came out of the come, he still had intellect to spare. The damage was more subtle, and showed itself more in memory loss and personality change than anything else. He had some cognitive impairments, but intelligence was never an issue. The cops just never realized it.

I agree all the men on there at the time were definitely eye candy hot...Alan was still looking FINE also... RE: Sonny's lawyer...AWFUL...the best thing was when he convinced Lex to be his lawyer.

When Garcia first met Jason about a year before this, Jason was only a couple of months out of a coma and really did seem like a not too bright kid. To him, Jason always seemed like a kid.
