Synopsis :
Middle Class Love (2022) is a lighthearted Bollywood romantic comedy that explores the complexities of love and social status. Set in contemporary India, the film follows the story of Piyush Sharma (Prit Kamani), a young man trapped in a middle-class rut. Frustrated by his family's financial limitations and yearning for a more luxurious lifestyle, Piyush believes that love is the key to escaping his circumstances.
His chance encounter with Sasha (Eisha Singh), the glamorous and popular college princess, fuels his belief. Piyush sets his sights on winning Sasha's affection, convinced that a relationship with her will elevate his social standing. However, his attempts to impress her with fabricated stories and empty promises only lead to hilarious complications.
Meanwhile, Piyush develops a genuine connection with another classmate, Megha (Kavya Thapar). Megha, grounded and supportive, appreciates Piyush for who he truly is. As Piyush navigates his pursuit of Sasha and his unexpected bond with Megha, he grapples with his own definition of success and happiness.
