धर्मेन्द्र साहब जैसा व्यक्तित्व करोड़ों लोगों में से किसी एक को मिलना सौभाग्य की बात है। फिल्म की कहानी तो ठीक है लेकिन पटकथा लेखन में कई जगह खामियां हैं। मगर गीत संगीत बहुत ही शानदार जानदार है। धर्मेन्द्र और महमूद दोनों ही ऐसे कलाकार हैं जिनकी आपस में इतनी जबरदस्त अंडरस्टैंडिंग थी जो और किसी जोड़ी की नहीं बन पाई। वैसे भी दोनों आपस में बहुत ही गहरा प्यार करते रहे हैं।
