This is a drama so just because a drama show something doesn't always mean that it's actually true... But I do think what you wrote is correct though because some men might find her immaturity cute or innocence refreshing. I think this girl is just immature and "not-that-smart" (naive) more than just innocent. I would get so irritated at her personally though. In the scene where she kept asking to go shopping when the guy was clearly in a bad mood. If that happened to me I'd have exploded.
