His rehmat is for everyone either rich or poor, tall or short, black or white. He doesnt need any quality to shower his kindness. The cute scene that night and then next day the looks they shared and the way they said that Abdullah was not feeling well that's why they didnt go to the wedding were clear hints. It is a Pakistani drama so this was enough for an adult viewer to know that they were intimate that night and one can normally assume that it was not a one time thing in their marriage and it is not surprising that she is now pregnant, probably has been for some time. 2) Mahjabeen actually paid her friend to create a facebook profile, something that could be done for free, she would also ask Abdullah to upload the pictures, she didnt know basic social media so how can people expect her to record a call and use technology to collect proof.
