In this video I show how I harvest my Pygmy Drosera gemmae. I see some people opt to go for tweezers and picking at gemmae, but that is way too slow and tedious for me. Instead, I built this adapter that allows me to use a vacuum to suck all the gemmae up with ease. The device is known as an aspirator or "pooter", and people usually use them to collect insects that are too fragile to collect by hand.
While my adapter is really only suitable for my setup since it is sized for my jar and vacuum, I have uploaded the step file here in case anyone needs inspiration for their own: www.thingiverse.com/thing:532...
