Solution of first question is wrong This is restricted mle and so the mle of p can not be X. Please correct your solution. The answer is c because when x is 0 the it is maximised when p=1/3 and x=1 it is maximised when p=2/3 So option c satisfied this only

Kindly correct it... Short cut tricks, if p€[a,b] then MLE of p is (a+(b-a)X)/(a+b). Using this, you can get right answer. Hope clear all of you...
