TR3X says the first logo was used as early as 1967.

Some people say the second logo was introduced in 1978 (when the first logo was discontinued) but that's not actually correct. Between 1979 and 1980 (Possibly 1981), Pyramid weren't producing films. Like the video says, this logo was definitely introduced in the early 80's (1981-82 to be exact).
