I am making this for my daughter for Halloween and I am thrilled with how it is turning out. She wants to be a spring fairy. Thank you for the video help because I am a very visual learner!

I just bought this pattern off Etsy and I love it. Thank you for posting videos for some of the more complicated parts.

Out of curiosity what yarn did you use? I had trouble finding yarn that had a smooth fade into the next color and not just a hard line.

Saludos

Hi, I would love to, but it's a paid pattern so I can't show much more. There are 2 other videos, I hope they'll help. 😊

I’m fairly new to crocheting clothes and I’m having a hard time with the first 2 rounds. Is there a video you could suggest? I’m more of a visual learner.

Hi I’ve done the yoke upto where I’m now dividing it my daughter is 27” around her chest and 8” across the front of her chest which leaves me about enough stitches to do 12 picots on the sleeves it’s probably gonna fit me 🤔 lol I did want it a bit off the shoulder and that’s y I did it so big but I’m wondering if it’s going to look ridiculous should I take it out and start again? X

@@millie3916 Hi! That does sound a bit big, but it's possible to work with it. The crucial thing would now be the length of the underarm bits. You might need to keep those quite short. It's worth trying it before deciding to frog or not (or finish it for yourself, who knows? 😉) You want the fit across the body to be not too loose. The weight of the dress pulls the arm gaps bigger too. Carry on a, little further, up to 5 rows under the arms, and assess from there. Let me know how it goes 😁 Best, Christel

Hi Pat, I have someone working on a video of the whole dress. Not sure how long it will take. But I'm happy to gift you the pattern. If you send me a message on Ravelry.com, then I'll send the written pattern to you 😊 just search for my name there.

@@christelrileywatts9924 many thanks for your reply and your beautiful offer. I'm not sure if this is the right thing , to do to you. Being a pensioner, it's a lovely offer. I'm so sorry but I am unable to see how to message you @ your Ravelry site. You have so many gorgeous patterns!

when do you join the yoke?
@christelrileywatts99244 жыл бұрын
In version 2, you join on the first round (it's in italics). In version 1, it's a few rounds in (about round 5) Read it again, you'll find the instructions there. I'm afraid you must have missed it 😌
