Great video very clear. How would you position a view against one of the supporting points ?

If you set up your pyramid properly, a point against your supporting points has by definition be a differing view of your supporting evidence. If they disagree with your evidence (e.g. market research, stats, quotes, logic) you could try to make your evidence stronger (i.e. more evidence, more credible sources, etc.).
