Have both pans and love them. One time, out 30 miles from town, I worked down 6-7 PP Pan loads and was getting ready to do a check, when 'whoosh' the plug popped out. I lost all that time and effort back into the stream! Never did find the plug in the swift water. Had to go back to my reg. pans - too far to town. Get a Pyramid Pro Pan...but stop an get an extra plug before you end up like me! Check that the plug is in tight before you start!

I bought one a couple years ago and love this pan. You can move a lot of material with it pretty quickly.

Hi, been digging for gold for a few years now, had a thought bout a little change to a gold pan and then I see this, just purchased thru paypal, new claims on GPA so be putting it to work soon..thanks...
@AppalachianProspect8 жыл бұрын
I bought one of these ( Pyramid Pro Pan) a few years ago to use in places where sluicing is not permitted, I find that it works great. You can certainly run a lot more material than you can with a regular pan. I have gotten some of the finest of gold as well as pickers. Anyone can use it, just follow what is demonstrated in the video. To me it is well worth the money.

Is it just me or does it seem like a lot of gold is making it to the very end of that Maverick pan?

hey ya owe me dinner or maybe just one of your rectangle pans, mine broke as soon as I put in my. plug...and the lady took a couple months to get it to me...oh a Maverick
@fuyt2169 жыл бұрын
i would love to see this in the wild actually working, not in a loaded concentrate. I live in an area with fine gold, pickers are rare. Although im interested in this.
@ivonalivalot40352 жыл бұрын
What What? Well, what do you want to see? This shows that it works...if there is gold there, then this will show it... It's not MAKING it, hahaha that's what we've been try'n to do since the beginning of time haha

My pyramid pan and a friends cracked where the plug goes in. I fixed mine by gluing and putting a screw clamp around the spout.

I got the Pyramid Pan a couple years ago and very soon it cracked. I can attest the the fact that another was sent to me quickly and no nonsense about sending back the broken one-unfortunately he did not offer to take people out to dinner then! now that i see the video i will have to get the Maverick pan.....
@nobodyisprfct5 жыл бұрын
Out of curiosity how did it crack? Was it just weather and wear? Was it cold air to warm air a shrink8ng and expanding issue? 8 would like to know so I can see what I can do to toughen mine.

Be sure to "stratisfy" or you won't be satisfied. Or you could stratify, and that might be good too. Nit picky little shit like that bugs me.

Gdam RIGHT!!
@throwingwrenches3 жыл бұрын
Yeah, I asked him about this and the reason for the thumb nails is that he had his thumb ripped off in a freak boating accident while tying off a boat to a dock and had to have it sewed back on. He does not full use of his thumb so he needs it to function. Looks weird but who cares at least he is not claiming a disability. Im sure you must be perfect. Get a life.

I suppose your Serious about this comtrapson lol a real gold pan works fine with as much or less water then you used .You implied a real pan is handicaped by amount of water and yours isnt..(cheap shot IMO) a gold pan can work in 2" . You want a $100 your kidding yes? You ever do any real mining? good luck buyers 😂😅🤗
