Pyromane: The best new tame, or just a rip-off? - Taming and Abilities

I personally think the Pyromane is fine but I'm more worried about the fact that they pretty much promised to drop more fantastic tames with every new non story map which means a total of 5 more fantastic tames, including the Pyromane and assumiong they're all the same price that's 30 bucks and 6 new creatures, that's basically like releasing a new DLC and charging for it as if it were one but not add any new items, map, bosses or anything like that just the creatures for the same price, or even more compared to basically every DLC except Genesis Part One bc most DLC's have more than 6 creatures

Don’t the mods that add creatures cost $5 or more? And do each player have to buy or just the server owner? I never played unofficial so I don’t know. I think they should have added a package deal to give a discount$20 or $25 for all 6

the flaming poop decomposes into charcoal, also if a small pyromane is on your shoulder it can give a mate boost to the pyromane your riding.

i've had a problem with having a pyromane on my shoulder and riding another. I wasn't able to turn on flame boost. I don't know if the bug was related to this or to something else.

To be honest, for pvp players the pyromane is just pay to win and even as an pve player I feel bad for them, but I love the shadow.... Um I mean PYROmane 😂 They are completely op for the jump puzzle and lava caves and even for the ice cave because of their fire and lava immunity and for the cold/heat resistance they apply to their owner

Yeah, but i think if you ride something like a rex nothing will enter it's attack ranger.

Who goes to Starbucks 1. And 2. The game already costs $40-50 and was originally supposed to be free. It’s not crying it’s calling out a greedy company for being greedy. The pyro main is just a overpowered reskin which makes it super annoying for PvP

It's f'ing broken. It's stupid, easy to tame. Gives you crazy mobility. It makes you resist to flame dmg. It does crazy damage. If you try to damage one close range, it gives a status effect dot. And for some reason, even lower lvl tames seem to be overly tanky. I had a player with a level 129, kill my 200 something direbear while the bear was samcking it up, while I also put 100+ shots from a pistol and piked the shit out of it. It's actually stupid and completely unbalanced in pvp. Actual is so disappointing and doesn't make me want to play the game.
