That's complicated. When I taught Numerical Methods I used this book www.mheducation.com/highered/product/numerical-methods-engineers-chapra-canale/M9781260232073.html But I also wrote my own. github.com/cmontalvo251/LaTeX/blob/master/Numerical_Methods_Montalvo/Numerical_Methods.pdf This is all in MATLAB though and the video is in Python. I'm self taught python so I basically found everything online and wikipedia.
