So to scrape odds real-time, you can use a Python scraper pointed to a site and have it run ever so many seconds. The danger in this is that they can shut it down due to hammering their servers. For those that do offer an exposed api, you can set it to do api calls rather than a traditional scrape. Most companies that offer odds screens have agreements in place with the book to have access to a fees to collect the data. How fast and often were you trying to have it scrape?
