The owner of the last karambit rejected an offer for 1.2m€ by saying it is "low" a few years ago. But this doesn't mean the knife's value is more than 1.2m€. Rejecting an offer like this doesn't make his item more valuable. Will he get another offer which is better than 1.2m€, probably no. Millionaire people that I know they won't give any money for some pixels. If he doesn't get a better offer than that, simple supply and demand always works.
