Pyung Ahn Oe Dan

Master David Kremin and his students demonstrate applications for Pyung Ahn Oe Dan at the 2013 Fall Dan Test for Traditional Tang Soo Do International. Master Kremin is the Head Instructor of AmKor Karate Bryn Mawr and the student of KJN Frederick Scott in Aston, PA.

I have had the pleasure of training with Dave Kremin. He is one of the most knowledgeable traditional instructors that I have interacted with... Kudos Master Kremin awesome demonstration and breaking apart Pyung Oh Dan. I hope one day I will have the opportunity to train with him again.

This is a variation of the Shotokan Karate Kata "Heian Godan", a lower grade Kata.

This is great "Bunkai"---Sorry, but I don't know the Korean word. But this is some excellent work. Tang Soo can really be a great art, but so few people and schools practice it well--or often enough!!
