This guy kind of rushes through all his forms. On the one hand I applaud him for taking time to learn these forms but in execution you don't just rush to the form there certain pause is in the form for dynamic tension this Bill's power speed is great in combat but when you come by and power with speed then you become Mormon effective devastating fighter in actual combat Lord forbid the combat ever happens another good asset to training in the forms correctly it all builds better physical health when you do the form as it was originally designed
