He probably has it capped at 144 fps because he has a 144 hz monitor, if you have a 120 or 144 hz monitor then having the framerate necessary to match the hz on your monitor is better than going for a more detailed resolution considering the competitive nature of the game. If your monitor is 60 or 75 hz then going above 60 or 75 fps won't be noticeable.

Tbh my only criticism for Pzzang after watching him for a few years is he tend to use pot very late. Clearly he did on purpose when he want to all in, but sometimes he greedy to tried save it in very critical HP, I saw it quite a lot he died by that.
