Couldn't resonate more with the thought of "why this existential crisis happened kn first place?" But then later realising if it had not been this path, there wouldn't have been any other. Its like now the idea of passing through life unconsciously seems like, the whole purpose was to build a house but you instead kept on hammering yourself with all the tools😂 Yes there is this panic and fear because of how uncertain and "uncommon" (at least from the societal context where in we all have lived the most part) it is. You know when you just admit that yes you are a fool walking here and simply surrender to the one who knows the path and keep yourself aside. At least till now, this surrender and devotion is the only way i have found to walk through this all gracefully. Thanks for sharing this video Anna

You are right . There was point in my life, I start asking myself what's the meaning of this life, who really m i ? Whats this all are doing here with virtual desire which have no sence once it died .I almost went to suicide but later I realized that being a human I can open possibilities of know life more deeply and profound way and that's a gretest ability we have, how amazing it is that we can question and think abt our own existence 😄💖. Thanks !
