no, I payed as soon as I found my host fam and matched with them. I would call CC and ask them :)

How can we know that the agency is legit?

to be honest I found mine through a lot of research, also I knew they are legit because I was at events where companies represented themselves (different jobs). Only legit companies were able to present their brand.

I was 19 and turned 20 during my stay. I did it directly after high school 🥰

Hey, I’m not quite sure if cultural care is located in the Caribbean. You need to double check that online otherwise you need to find another Au pair agency ☹️💗

I went to the bank w my host parents and we told them I’m their Au pair but I also gotta do some school work so I got a free acc and that’s it :)

It depends with which agency you wanna go abroad. Mine required 200 hours working with children but it’s not allowed that they are in my family

No never he was like a friend and a father to me, he took care of me as well and made sure he keeps his distance even tho I didn’t ask that. I never had a bad experience with my host parents, only good vibes 💙

So it depends on the family but I worked round 38 hours. It’s possible that you work up to 45 hours a week
