I also would like to know this. I just heard about this idea today, however I've had my future life progression and it's confusing to know whether this is my last because I've already used the clues I would've gained from my future incarnation to learn and implement everything I needed to in order to reincarnate for the last time now, or if my future life progression is just showing me that along with my direct nodes my next incarnation will be my last.

Hi. Great comment around retro benefics giving poor results and retro nodes giving benefic results. Can I ask about speed of planets in the birth chart. My Saturn is 00:00:49 and nodes are -00:00:27. Does that mean these are close to being stationary? What kind of impact would that have? Thanks! Wonderful listening to you.

I have direct nodes. Rahu conjunction Moon and Vesta and Ketu conjunction Venus and Uranus

Classical texts (as far as I’m aware) make no comment on retrograde lunar nodes? I think this is a relatively recent observation brought about by a more detailed astronomical study of the Moon and its orbit. Due to libration, Moons orbit shifts slightly causing a temporary retro-gradation (from an earth bound perspective). During a lunar month, its nodes can appear to ‘go direct’ about three times for a period of one to five days. That being said it is a point of great interest. I’m not sure how you would fully interpret that? Nice Video btw. I like your graphics on Varga charts. Are those hand-generated or software generated?

Right, classically node positions were calculated as a median of distance between eclipse points. More recently, better calculations are available, and with those, the nodes sometimes station and reverse, as you noted. The graphics are by my hand-written software.

Thank you for prompt reply. Yes, its an interesting question. I've never used true nodes. Surya-Sid makes use of planetary nodes to calculate planetary positions, so its possible they noted the retrograde motion of all planets, BUT if they did, there is nothing there to confirm it (nothing i've seen anyway :-). I really like your charts - v. nice work. So you basically generate stylised charts from any birth data automatically?

Love it. Listening to the part of Mercury like buying and selling, I turn to laugh because I'm practicing to buy and sell in Mercury Dasha now. I have Moon and Rahu in Libra Asc. So whatever I try to do, fate lead me back to manage money. Now I understand why. Thank you

Nakshatra are not a part of the divisional charts. I think sensationalists have made up this theory to sell more readings, reports and iPhone apps.

Comments and opinions on Systems Approach to Vedic Astrology also known as SATVA? Check out this method for accuracy. Vedic astrology is very complex but SA astrology trims it down to faster analysis. Its also Pasasara based as your method.
