Health shopping tip: powders are really great, you just mix them with water, very easy and travel compatible. There are packages by brand name emerge-c, green powders, e3 live powders. Just need water.

First of all...I love Janni. She is such a nice person. Second, Janni, no hard feelings, but you should consider changing your hairstyle, maybe trim it a bit? What I love about you is your SMILE :).
