Growing up in TENNESSEE, my dad was in the photo finishing business. We actually had a dark room in our basement at home. All I have to do is close my eyes and picture that room and I can immediately smell all the chemicals and products in a dark room. It's the best! So....come on to TN and shoot film and set up your own dark room!!

I've lived in Tennessee my whole life. But, I love visiting the pacific northwest. If you like the pacific northwest, just be aware that TN and the SE, in general, is very different. Nashville is a fast growing and more metropolitan part of the state. If you want to live in a large city, Nashville might fit the bill.

How do you take care of your cat when you're travelling? That's something I struggle with. I took a very long trip last year and on the day I came back my cat died of old age, and now I am afraid to leave my new cat for a long period of time, with other people caring for her.

Hi Allison, hope you are doing well! :) Regarding the kids topic - I became first time mom this year and although she is the most precious thing in the world, I do miss having some "selfish time" to myself as you mentioned, especially sleep :D However, wanted to say, don't wait too long if you want biological kids yourself, Im sure you know, that after 30 your chances of getting pregnant naturally and having no medical issues are getting lower and lower :/ But if you plan on adopting, then don't mind my comment and travel as much as you wish! :) Love from Slovakia!
