I been a rn 11mths I’m working in OR full time , took a part time in November but it’s not working out schedule wise or the skills ( it’s ER overflow) I don’t know IV or blood draw & no tech on floor assigned sometimes I don’t feel it’s a good fit .. what is a suggestion to leave ? Quick email or 2 week notice ? Thanks Newbie RN
