Honestly I don't use conditioner at all. I tried it and I was scared. But my hair is okay. And I stopped because my locs are new but my hair didn't dry out. So I don't plan on using conditioner in the future

I was loc’d for 5 years and used conditioner the entire time. My locs were very healthy. The key is to rinse it out thoroughly.

Hi! Thanks for subscribing! So I was prescribed a clear solution called Clobetasol. She also recommended Head & Shoulders Royal Oils Shampoo.

@ Thanks for your reply! I was prescribed ketoconazole shampoo which I have used for the past few months and my scalp has significantly improved. I'm at the point where I can wash my hair with regular shampoo without flaking and those scales and patches. Everything you mentioned in your how to prep for micro locks video is right on point! I dyed my hair yesterday and it is currently stretching so that I can get my microlocs installed. I won't interlock them until I'm 100% sure I'm ready but your videos are so very helpful. Keep up the great work.
