Really great video, I did both my undergraduate and masters degrees part time as I was working (now doing a PhD whilst working) and it's definitely great to see by many now that it is possible to have a balance between things. Great work!

Great video; thanks for sharing. I worked throughout a part-time MA a few years ago and recognise how important maintaining balance and reciprocation is with family, work, and study. Best of luck with yours.

Keep up the excellent work! As someone who is going through a master's in education in teaching history, teaching full-time high school, and a family. Balance is key to everything. My program is similar. The only difference is mine is all online. Good luck with everything going forward.

Thank you and all the best with your workload - it sounds rather intense and it’s good to know there’s a community of us out there going through the same things.

I earned my mphil at cambridge at the age of 39. So, 32 is young, relatively speaking.

With your Oxford exams I am assuming they are online, but my question is what kind of time limit do you have to do the exam and how long roughly do are the essays and how many questions. Thanks so much.

I did online exams for my undergraduate course - they were online and we were given up to 8 hours to complete the papers which were to write three essays (approximately 1500-2000 words) in that time

Hi! Really enjoying these videos as a mature student in the US interested in the MLA programme. Are there many students from the US in your cohort? Also wondering if you're planning to stay on for the DPhil. Keep up the great work and can't wait for the next one. :)

Thank you so much for the support! There are US students in the cohort that travel in for the residencies and stay at Kellogg/elsewhere. I will definitely apply for the DPhil but I would like to do my PhD in Ireland
