The father is actually better than the daughter. I'd rather have Daddy Kent cooking for me and teaching me how to be a true Christian man, good father, and loving husband. He was a Boudreaux, so I'm sure he cooked the best crawfish.

I might have taken the explanation in the wrong way….referring to, what if an unmarried Christian couple engages in sexual intimacy before marriage….and Costi’s answer…..”instantly break up, it’s over.”This is what pagan men do….they have sex with a girl and then dump her, leaving her feeling used and devastated .If a Christian man sins and has sex with a girl, the right thing to do is to instantly marry her and make it right, reconciling their sin, by entering into the marriage Covenant immediately. If he dumps the girl after getting sex from her, he will be sinning even more against her and God. Let’s please not teach Christian men to break up with a girl after he gets sex from her, like the pagan men do. Let’s teach him to do the right thing and marry her, helping both of them to reconcile their sin. How can a pastor tell a man to dump a girl after he gets sex from her? This is exactly what the pagan men do. Let’s be better than the pagans. And what if that one sex act results in the girl being pregnant?! You just told the guy to break up with her rather than marry her and now she’s pregnant and alone. This is wrong on so many levels. Let’s do the right thing rather than running away from the person you sinned against. Get married!

You should've listened further, because Costi then explains that they altogether need a break and chaperones implemented, and he will disciple both, especially the man for doing such a thing instead of leading in purity. He didn't end it at "break up", but get disciples, and back on the path together after a break and learning, then marriage AFTER the spiritual growth. Because even immediate marriage after sex doesn't promise anything without the discipleship he mentioned, then you'd just be married immaturely with those sexual tendencies. He taught it correctly.

@@saraerifat you have a very good point, however, what if the girl is pregnant? They “take a break“ and take all of this time for spiritual growth as her baby grows inside of her, and they are not married. Or can they hurry the spiritual growth along before the baby is born? Or if they still don’t have enough spiritual growth, under chaperones and discipleship, then the baby is born to an unwed mother. And how does that work? This is not good, so I still disagree. if they have sex, they need to be married immediately in order to reconcile the situation… They plan on getting married anyway, so why wait? They can have spiritual growth as a married couple better than when they are apart or with chaperones.
