As a professional management I find the vdo lecture vry.Effective but I would like to add always have a strong bend of mind nd always be positive Psychological so as to avoid stress to achieve excellence in life.Gaps makes a difference but if u r skillful than it pays u.Try to stick to a job.Rtly said circumstances nd age makes a difference but b sure about ur.flair nd concepts.Go for self analysis.Always b punctual.Go for a thorough knowledge in HR process.There r vast scope nd field.Have a motivational mind nd never loose confidence in brief.Outstanding tips.Appreciated👍

Helping Humans is humanity and getting closer to the creator of the universe we live Mam just a thought from you as you said some companies consider age and some not right my question is why so some companies see age I will give you eg you must be knowing suryakumar yadav right our indian player he debuted his international career at age 31 though he was playing domestic cricket at early age in 20s but but a person gets everything when he plays for Indian team early things doesn't matter i know this because I have gone through his jounery where all said a talented cricketer why so late debut like this eg can be relatable to each and every one of us who have gone through such situations. MY question is cricket is a physical game if a person at age 31 can get opportunities and he is doing very well world knows it then why age comes a factor in some companies if we have office job we need to work on computer right we dont need physical strength as compared to cricket like we need in cricket if a person in 30s have got all the ingredients (skills) like I have mentioned of mine then all companies should see that na a person younger to me if he has all the same skills I have then why this biasnees with the person in 30s or above. Like u mentioned mam you have also gone through what I have gone and many of our brothers and sisters have gone through such situations,or any other such situations these companies who set age restriction like *25* to *30* age only and also they write in *JD* only this year *passout* only like for eg now *2024* is going on then who's has done *MBA/MMS* eg in *2015* or *2016* etc where he will *go* mam as you only told in the query *video* qualification matters. I see in Job description many times though I have all the skills mentioned but I can't apply because of age Not all companies mam I am talking what you only told in video mam some companies consider age. They should see this na and make their policies accordingly. No one wants tuff situation and no one can plan or see future these few companies should see this right. I am not against our younger brothers and sisters if they are more deserving and have all the ingredients they should get but many is like my age who has all the Ingredients(skills), qualification like our younger ones doesn't get a chance to apply only because of age restriction.
