Hello sumaiya nila. In my opinion i don't think turkey is the best place for fashion design. However you can try to apply for this scholarship. You will have to take ielts or toefl in order to apply for the English course. Good luck!!

Hey 👋🏽. I’m considering to study in turkey. The Turkish bursary age limit is older than 21. Here’s my question. I’m turning 21 on the 24th of feb 2020 and the application closes on the 20th of feb am I eligible ?

For bachelor degree you grade needs to be atleast 70% and your age not more than 21 that means you can still applied. However I am not surr about your grade but you should try
