I love the try videos. Always an insta watch for me. The group ones are fun because we get to see everyone's different takes play off one another, but it's also fun to just watch you settle into an arc of hating or being surprised by a place's food.

The try everything series is a go-to for whenever I'm feeling down or upset about my life in general. There's something about the presentation, the music, the hatred of particular items, the surprising wins, I love all of it. It'd be a real shame to see those gone. Gang, let's work together to keep it alive.

I get the feeling the let's try videos are the type of videos that have a very loyal fan base, including myself. Outside of that fan base, I don't know that a lot of people go ahead and watch them, which is a shame. So while I will gladly watch every new let's try as it comes out and have rewatched a bunch of the old ones many times. I can understand if they need to go, especially considering how much money goes into them. Personally, I prefer them solo, but I think the group episodes are good too. Maybe the compromise if such a thing can even happen is going back to some more snacks instead of restaurants? Those should be cheaper in theory.

As a long-time watcher, I have to say it does feel a bit grim. The channel dying seems to be a topic that gets brought up in every new video. Idk, it's kind of sad. I always watch the "Let's Try" videos. I don't know, whether it's by yourself or with a group, whether it's dishes from a restaurant or snacks from a particular brand, I just find those entertaining. And I typically learn about a few items in each video that I'd like to try myself, which is nice. It's a shame that people have to complain about them. All I know is, if that series does die, it won't be on my head.

My first videos I saw of yours were your vines and skits, then the let’s try videos really got me checking your channel frequently. Now I’ve been watching the daily let’s play uploads on the game channel for the past several months and loving that. The let’s play channel almost dying even convinced me to join the Patreon lol! But seriously, the let’s try videos have always been my favorites from your main channel. They’re such good organic content that doesn’t feel forced, and they’re particularly fun when you brings guests. I can’t believe people complain about those videos, in groups or alone! Personally I pretty much exclusively watch the food videos, so it'd be a shame for those to end. The only time I might skip one is if I've never heard of it (only example within the past year is the calbee snacks (but even that I think I'll watch after this video)), or if it's like recycled from stream and combined with a q&a, but you haven't done those in awhile. Also, yes I prefer you alone in your room but I'm pretty indifferent to guests.

at first i was like "aw man, that sucks, i know views are going down but like-" then when you said those videos are not cheap to make, i was like oh yeah. duh. obviously. and then i thought about spending the money to buy that amount of food too and holy shit, it has to be so much. like repeatedly, in order to do them on a semi regular basis. i think its fair to say you probably make quite a bit more money than i do, but im not an idiot, i think youd laugh in my face if i vastly overestimated how much money you make, haha. so yeah, i cant even imagine. i mean i watch the videos but im only one person and i only count for 1 view, so i hope the views go up. how do i end this comment? i feel like if i've written this much, i should probably have some sort of like... point that i'm making. but uh, i don't. end of comment

I think your Let's Try videos just need a bit of a change up on the foods being eaten. The full fast food or restaurant menus are so over done by many other KZbinrs who focus on reviewing that. Your best success has come from Brand/Nostalgia type of videos which don't need to showcase the food, we just get to validate or not our own opinions on foods we haven't eaten in quite sometime or different flavors of that. Seeing that there are 21 different lunchables, means there are probably ones we didn't try when younger and wonder how ours ranks up.

But I would certainly understand if they went away, they’re not everyone’s cup of tea.

As for the Let's Try videos, I least enjoy the ones where you're eating a bunch of cold, bad food from some crappy restaurant. I like the ones where you try every variety of a snack, especially if you try unusual flavors or varieties of something that is otherwise fairly commonly available.

I love the Let's Try videos! I've enjoyed the ones with groups and with you by yourself. I'm a little less interested in the fast food ones because so many channels do that. I like the snack food ones, and I would love if you did more regional stuff (like Canadian snacks, because hello from Canada). For the Let's Try food videos, I truly don't care if it's like "Let's try everything from this line/restaurant" because that is excessive and probably part of where the cost factor comes in. But it isn't necessary to try *everything* for me to enjoy it. I think it would be fun to do a "let's RE-TRY" format where you revisit some of the items and rank them again, and then compare the original ranking to any new rankings. This would also be fun if there are brands/companies who have said they've changed formulas for stuff.

I found your channel because of (and only have watched) the let's try videos for the most part, as not into anime or board games really. I was really hooked on those videos for a while. Recently, I haven't been able to watch them because the mic'd up chewing sound has been driving me nuts. Not sure if when I found the videos I wasn't watching with high quality earbuds in, or you're using different mics, or if I'm just getting more and more neurotic (definitely possible). In any case, that accounts for me not keeping up with the lets try videos anymore, or why I've not been watching the entire video anymore. Can't imagine that accounts for why other (normal) viewers are watching the let's try videos
