In indigo we don’t do recruitment for male as a flight attendant only hire female crew but yes you can join as ground staff for male only that’s a option, any there is no restrictions for marriage anytime you can get married or if you plan for baby , you can apply maternity leave which will be leave without pay,you will not get salary , and max as a crew you can fly upto max 45 after that you can apply new IGP and apply for customer executive or flight dispatch but have to be graduate wheother airport manger or anything once you reach 45 if don’t want to fly in case once you cross 40 but I see many people as a flight attendants once they turn 43 they don’t fly they retire themself and apply for new IGP and work on ground and some they leave aviation as of now till today case I see of crew
