Abu Huraira reported: The Prophet ﷺ said, “Nothing afflicts a Muslim of hardship, nor illness, nor anxiety, nor sorrow, nor harm, nor distress, nor even the pricking of a thorn, but that Allah will expiate his sins by it.” Sahih bukhari 5641, Sahih Muslim 2573

Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) entered upon a sick bedouin in whom he went to visit and said to him, "Don't worry, Tahur (i.e., your illness will be a means of cleansing of your sins), if Allah Will." لاَ بَأْسَ عَلَيْكَ طَهُورٌ، إِنْ شَاءَ الله Sahih al-Bukhari 7470

Akhi, you look very sick. Please take care of yourself for the sake of Allah.

I understand that you meant well of course but dear brother /Sister we don’t say things like that we don’t say you look sick etc as per manners . We make duaa for each other’s. Barak Allahu Feekum

@An86115 Barakallahu feekum, this isn't an insult. He looks good as always, but he just looks exhausted.

@ may Allah reward you immensely I know you mean well . Just as Muslims we don’t say stuff like that . We make duaa and don’t make apparent that someone’s looking unwell or that they put on weight stuff like that .
