Love personality assessments and astrology...lots of truth to them, and, yes, they do make great placement tools for organizations. Knowing others' learning, communication, and analysis styles really helps people in organizations understand each other which leads to higher tolerance of certain behaviors instead of just writing them off as being lazy or obstinate or insubordinate. Understanding leads to less drama and conflict. 😊 Thank you, CA, for introducing me to the Color Code a few years ago..game changer. Shout out to all us Blues!!
