Emma how to deal with grief as a witch? Both my parents have died in the last year, I can’t feel them although I have tried to believe they are with me

I am so sorry for your loss. Trust that they are with you. You can connect to them through meditation or lighting a candle clearing your mind and thinking of them to draw them close. Grief is so hard, you have good days and hard days so my advice is to allow the feelings. Allow the process as we never get over the loss of our parents, because we love them so much. Sending you love.
