Yes it should, our educational system is mostly irrelevant indoctrination. We should have been taught life skills how to build a home, natural health, the law and our rights, money, how to create our own businesses etc.. instead they taught us how to become obedient slave workers.

The ban has caused Barbara freedom to go all over. Not everyone has access to the internet. I would not have been able to see her except for Covid. My next door neighbor gave me her husband's old tablet in 2019. Learned UTUBE has a ton of info. Homesteaders, Barbara!, DIY videos, etc. So much knowledge and we have access to her knowledge through the internet. For all the families who don't have the internet though, her being able to go to other countries and have lectures in person, I think is God's blessing. Now more people can be healthier. And follow those videos. 😊❤

I'm a senior. I found Barbara about 1/2 year ago, a video i watched about putting sea salt in your water. That probably rescued me from my thinking of just drinking plain water. Doing that excessively has caused more problems than solutions. I was deficient in so many vitamins/minerals, and there was a point when I drank so much water , I almost puked. This is the body's way of telling me i'm losing way too much from urination than the water has given benefits! After listening to Barbara's topic on drinking water, I added sea salt and felt so much better, less unrination, in the night, no more sense of water getting stuck in the throat, replacing lost salts through urine/sweat, and putting back minerals. Some science. Some customization. Some common sense. 17/10/23. I just want to update since my original post here 5 mth ago , i don’t add sea salt as religiously as I did. Perhaps 1x in a few days in my water. But I’m adding more potassium rich foods like avocados, dried apricots, tomato soup(home made, not the store bought tinned version, too much tablesalt). This action is related to the sea salt I’ve been taking since 5 mths ago. Potassium regulates fluid levels and more. It has to be in the ratio of 2:1, potassium:salt balance.

I do the same and love it! I use himalayan pink salt tho. Salt helps breakup and reduce mucus. I needed more help with other issue which i felt was life shortening and serious. I do not go to sorcerers (doctors) so...I also make cayenne pepper capsules daily. That has made me feel much better and no more worrying symptoms. 🙏Thank Jesus for Barbara and bringing her lessons to me🙌

@@ladybug2011 I used to do 2 tsp of sea salt spread out over 4 or 5 mugs (bigger than a cup). This was when I was deficient in minerals. Somehow if you listen to your body you kind of feel what’s missing. I put it in the water. I also use it in my cooking on top of the added salt in the water. I had before then been lo salt for a very long time! So I figured I needed to ‘eat’ as much salt as I can. I did this for maybe 6-8 mths. Then I cut back. Doing sometimes 1 tsp or 2 tsp spread out over the days liquids. It didn’t have to be just water. I sometimes had soya milk (non gmo) or nut milks with a pinch of sea salt! Btw, you can’t talk about salt without taking potassium rich foods. The ratio is 4:1 (potassium:salt). Like bananas, avocado, green drinks).

My uncle had goats milk in the 50s. His mother my grandmother was a genius. Much smarter than doctors. She reversed my cousin’s hyperactivity in the 70s thru diet. She and other grandmothers taught me so much. They were afraid to go to doctors and hospitals. Because in their life time they saw what doctors were doing. How things changed. I think it is vital to know. Because RITALIN and other meds are not the long term answer. My son has also adhd and autism like symptoms. But now i think you can ease this symptoms with a cure instead of forever meds. I’m from England and have only just discovered Barbara , my father died of cancer previous to the cancer he had severe depression, most of his life he was on a cocktail of medication. For many years I have suffered health wise but always questioned meds . For many years now refuse to even take paracetamol, i’m a firm believer in food and movement is medicine and listening to Barbara we all need to listen and learn from this lady. I agree, with her about the skin. We are vegans, but when we swap out wheat for spelt... my daughter's skin cleared up. She had the worse kind of skin problems. The doctors tested and didn't even know what it was. I contacted Barbara and she told me stop the wheat. And in a month or two she clear up. That was six years ago abd she is still Clear. Thank you.

To Crying wolf-- the reason you became sick on plant foods was bc your body was so toxic from previous abuses or envirinmental toxns that came to the surface quickly from he cleanse. Many factors. I was crippled with gout yrs ago,one night in bed with ginger in a patch took it straight away,I had this gout for yrs and my so called doctor kept giving me zinc tablets,I told him it’s gone he was shocked then I told him how he called me a lair,I’m really enjoying never seeing him again,thanks to this amazing lady🙏

I been trying to find you! Thank you for your honest true on natural medicine! I started doing your cayenne pepper method because the meds they had me on, started causing problems! I was in a car accident and my leg was broken in it! I developed blood clot later! Eliquise is what they put me on and it was causing other problems! I found your video on cayenne pepper being a natural blood thinner! I started taking teaspoons of cayenne pepper everyday and it made a huge difference! I developed a bump on my arm! I did the cayenne pepper compress and that knot went away! Just thank you
