For the facial hair issue, i'd say just wax but you said you have really sensitive skin so i have no idea what that'd do to your skin :S For me, I usually break out a bit in certain areas but acne stuff usually has that under control and gone in a few days. there's also razorless shave cream and it comes in sensitive skin formulas. i usually pick a tube up at my local beauty supply for around 2/3.99 CDN. only thing, like all hair removal creams it only lasts a few days then you have to reapply. also, extra strength bump stopper is awesome for ingrown hairs.
