Iv watched neighbours since the very start, cant believe how many actors there have been in 35 years. Daphne was my fav, but when Paige came into it that change. Great character and she seems so lovely in real life, stunning young lady to.

So I just REALLY want to say thanks to the powers that be of Neighbours for bringing this storyline of Paige and Mark getting back together and ending up married. I'm not even bothered it happened so quickly!! As a HUGE 'Park' fan, it something I never thought would happen given Paige leaving with Jack but I am so GLAD that it would seem you truly believe in Paige and Mark ending up together that you brought back the characters to rectify it. And then also I'm grateful to Olympia and Scott. Adore them and glad they came back because they also felt that Paige and Mark belong together. Now I don't want either of them to EVER return again unless it is still together and that they have been blessed with a child/ren. And would be happy with any mentions from Aaron, Chloe or Teresa about Paige and Mark's happy lives with Typer (another favourite Neighbours pairing of mine!) So to ALL that made this come true, THANK YOU from the bottom of this 'Park' fan's heart 🥰👏

Neighbours has great actors and fantastic scriptwriters. They can do comedy (Karl & Susan's blue box; Kyle and 'Bianca' etc.) and tragedy (Sonia, Finn, Terese's cancer etc.) equally well. I'm about to turn 35 too and there are many of us in our mid-30s who have watched Neighbours all our lives. It is the one show I never miss. P.S.- I loved the nod to Natalie Imbruglia/Beth when Ned said that 'Torn' was his parents' favourite song!

@Andrew Ward just because they aren't permanent characters any more doesn't mean others shouldn't be upset if they die especially if they are characters that you still love/like to this day. So I completely understand why someone would stop watching a show for this reason. I've stop watching particular tv shows for less.....

@Andrew Ward because there was always a SLIGHT possible chance that they could come back which has been the case but to die on screen means there is NO chance and that they have a tragic ending which you usually don't want for your favourite characters. Well I certainly don't!!

I know everyone is obsessed with them, but I think Paige deserves better. Mark is so disloyal to the people he loves, especially the people he goes out with...they make one mistake and suddenly he turns on them like it's the betrayal of the century. I just don't trust him in relationships. ...It's not even that I don't like Mark, I just don't like him in relationships.

Sa Rah I do get where you are coming from but Mark isn’t disloyal to the ones he loves including his girlfriends. If you look back on it Mark have Paige multiple chances no matter the situation he proposed to her twice, he took her back even through she had an affair with Jack! With Elly it was a whole different situation he still have her a chance when she found out she was pregnant, however, she betrayed him and used an ultra sound picture of his UNBORN baby to say that it was his, now that’s cold. Just because she didn’t want to tell him that the baby isn’t his.

@@tanishachander Yeah I guess that's true. What I mean with loyalty is more him actually believing his partners and trusting them and not doubting them at the first sign of trouble, more the emotions side of loyalty is guess. For example when he hears about the whole thing where Paige was framed, the first thing he does is go into cop mode and arrest her rather than confronting her about what actually happened. He believes other people over the people who actually matter. And he always does that. He's even done it with Tyler at one point. Rather than trying to fight for the people he loves and get to the truth, he turns on them and thinks the worst of them...and afterwards when it turns out that he was wrong, he never even apologizes. Like idk about you but if someone told me my fiance or whoever had done something horrible, the first thing I would do is find out what actually happened, not just blindly believe what people tell me and even act solely based on that. ...maybe it's more insensitivity than disloyalty idk. But also, it's a lot of little things he does as well, for example him not speaking to Sonia when she had cancer because he felt uncomfortable even though that's when she needed him most. you just want to yell at him 'this isn't about you!' And yes everyone can have moments like that but it happens way too often with Mark to the point where it's part of his personality.

Sa Rah ok I see when you are coming from and can partially agree with that. I think it’s more the fact that it’s his coo instinct when it comes to a lot of stuff regarding Paige and Tyler. Definitely or Paige, when he found out everything’s out her he went into cop mode cause that’s what he had to do, I think he saw that as it’s either me who’s gonna attest her or someone else. I do agree with you on some parts though.

I really don't see the point in bringing these two back to the show if they're just going to kill off one of them when they're not even regulars on the show anymore.
