It's really inspiring to see people my age be mature, and not walk away from a tough situation. I was 15, when I had a pregnancy scare. I wasn't taking my birth control on a regular basis. I ended up getting my period the day after I took the pregnancy test. I'm not sure what I would've done if I had gotten pregnant, but seeing this makes it seem like taking care of a child isn't such a bad thing at a young age. It's definitely hard, but life is hard in general. Anyways, I applaud both of you, and wish you the best of luck in life.

Maureen Rocky I'm 16 now, but it was for painful periods. I get pain in my joints, cramps, and I get suicidal before I have my period. The birth control I'm on now has helped with that, and my period has pretty much stopped altogether which is convenient. I have the implant which goes into your arm, so I don't have to worry about taking a pill. I was also on it because my mom wanted me to go on it. She knows that teenagers do have sex, and she didn't want me getting pregnant. It's better to be safe than sorry.

I come from teen parents, and as the child the hardest part was seeing my parents in disagreement about how to raise me, blaming one another for certain situations , and constantly figuring out how to split my times during the holidays etc. so as you guys continue to grow up I beg of you to keep the close connection you have now for the sake of your daughter. Always remind friends and remember it’s the parents against the problem, not each other. The closeness will make her feel at ease trust me. Also having family dinners and vacations is nice. Even when you are both married , vacations and dinners with all four of her parents / half siblings will give her that “complete family” feel. Good luck ! I’ll continue watching and supporting ❤️❤️ P.S having a constant father in her life is important as well. Help her and her dad go on daddy daughter dates etc . Hope this advice could help later on!!

I think that’s so mature that they are close friends when being so young having kids. A lot of fathers bail and a lot of young parents are so good and raise amazing kids. I had my son at 17 and was told I’d fail, my son just turned 11. It’s been so hard but worthwhile every hard time. I can’t imagine if I had been any younger, I think you’re both incredible for doing so well. I feel heartbroken for this dude for not being able to see his daughter more. That would be super hard.
