it's like TM's trademark, along with the kara grab (also hard as shit) which sends Q halfway across the screen. I've never seen Kuroda pull it off although I'm sure he can

i can't say for sure but it may also be Q's crouching glitch that makes him unthrowable during part of his crouching animation

@@GyroMan5136 Late reply, but TM did a super jump cancel with his own command grab. It works sorta differently from the crouch glitch in that the command grab itself is unthrowable.
