Why was a bell ringing after the train had arrived?

Sorry it's taken this long to respond. There's a lot of bell ringing in this video. Can you tell me where/when (minutes/seconds) in the video you are referring to?

What industrial zone is the boxcar plant? (Letter)

If you are referring to the industry where the Bangor and Aroostook box car was pulled from, that's part of Zone E, track EC, spot EC01.
