不屬於上述任何一種情況的用戶在出於以下目的使用視頻時，可以通過註明出處（指定所用視頻的 URL）而無需事先許可即可使用音頻。
・以語言教育為目的將視頻用於課程等時
如欲將聲音用於其他用途，使用視頻，或模仿視頻的剪輯設計，需提前申請許可。請註明使用目的並徵求許可。
◈ 關於視頻中的字幕/錯誤
有關錯誤請在留言區指出，留言前請先確保先前沒有人曾經指出過相同的錯誤，避免留言與其他人重疊。
如可以的話，按下不喜歡前，希望能留下原因，以供日後參考，作提升影片素質之用。
