Something happened to it's mother most likely died some how and the troupe left it. I'm almost positive it died. It would not of lasted over night all alone.

This poor baby is a boy. He is very freshly born, with the medial end of the umbilical cord attached still. It seems likely he fell, or was dropped into the rushing water, got himself out, and up on a branch. Or he was drenched by the splashes, or downpour. He seemed terrified, hungry, alone, stressed. This video was made many years ago, I've only just come across this video. I hope the filming crew did something to save this little unfortunate baby. Won't most of us want to reach into the screen, pick up baby, cuddle, and feed this baby?

可哀想ですが、どうしようもないですね。 なんらかの理由で親が助けに来ていないので、たすけはもうこないでしょうね。 この林にはヒョウ、ヤマネコ、マングース、テンなどの大小の肉食獣が棲息していますので、翌朝まで生きるのは難しいでしょうね。
