Very well said. I agree, white rice has a very GI index. It would raise blood sugar level high after consumption. Berries are superfoods because they contain anti oxidants and high levels of vitamins C and other minerals, which are essential for your immune system. Another superfood is kale. It is a low calorie food and contains very little carbohydrates. It contains, however, lots of vitamins A, K, C, calcium, potassium and manganese.
I try to have brown and red rice but my stomach cannot take it ! Same with oats! Too bad ! 😓😓😓 Hmm , look at the Japanese, traditional Japanese cuisine gives them long life, can have sushi rice , miso , seaweed and fish in the morning! Most unhealthy stuff is refined sugar and sugar ! Thanks for sharing superfood super fast really a great idea!

hi faye, how do you clean blueberries and raspberries, just rinsed by water? i always worry that these fruits could be contaminated by covid hence i stop eating blueberries these few months which i used to eat everyday.

I usually don’t eat them right after I buy the fruits. Just soak in water for 15-30 mins.
Thanks and agreed farmed fish is not good. The struggle I have is wild salmon is very expensive and not all supermarkets have them. Thanks for your comment.
