I've never been to prison but Big Herc from Prison Talk talked about snoring in prison. He said if you snore and are about to go in you better go to the doctor because snoring can get you attacked in your sleep, especially in a dorm cell. Your not going to sleep and they can't.

what happens if you get sick in prison? Something really serious like AIDS, cancer, cyctic fibrosis etc? Stuff that will kill you but not physical injuries like a stabbing. What happens to prisoners if they need chemotherapy or other expensive medication? does the state pay for it?

Rule number 1! Don't fart when your cell mate is eating, which also prohibits taking your trainers off. I have many stories, some very sad, some very funny. My mate was examining a spot that had developed near his arsehole. He was in a cell on his own. He was banged up at the time. He stripped and got a mirror out to investigate the spot. His legs were in the air, as he tried to have a look. After a few minutes in to the investigation, he noticed a woman screw looking at him through the observer flap! He jumped off the bed to put his pants back on, but banged his head, knocking himself out. He came round, still naked from the waist down, to a room full of nurses and screws 🤣🤣🤣

in FT. Knox prison we had a guy in the cell that "seemed" really cool and everyone liked him at first. first problem was he refused to let one go and flush and it took him literally like 30 minutes to shit and it stunk something horrible. Everyone bitched to flush as he went but he wouldn't. the next problem with him and the one that made everyone hate him is we found out his wife was in another prison and that they molested their own children and video taped it. Needless to say his days became much worse after that. its crazy how cool he seemed and who he ended up actually being.

Beware of the 'silent but deadly farts '. If it is just the two in a cell, you can't plead innocent. In a crowded area, it is easy if you do not burst out laughing. A buddy slipped me milk of magnesium in a strawberry milkshake he made for us. He was sure I would be on the shitter all day. The joke was on him. I have a slow digestive system and converted everything into rotting carcass of a week old moose in the hot sun with rotting sardines thrown in for an added booster. We were assigned to work together in welding class. The whole shop stunk so bad the the teacher shouted " Okay, which one of you fuckers, died and is rotting from the inside out. " I was able to sneak the killers out silently until the teacher said that. I burst out laughing, farting and gagging at the same time. Even with all the vents going, the poisonous gas just hung there sucking up the oxygen and replacing with the totally nasty hydrogen sulfite gas. I was kicked out of class for that day. So off to the cafeteria I went, scored a lot of free lunches that day :D

I've always wondered...since you're essentially living in a concrete bathroom, how do you keep the toilet area clean, or the rest of the cell for that matter? You don't have bleach or any chemicals to prevent it from gradually getting all funky so what can you do? ...it's inevitable to get at least some piss on the floor unless you sit down, when you shake it dribbles kno aye mean? I was in jail and it was breakfast time, I black guy was pissing right as they pushed our trays through the cell. He let out a fart as he was pissing, and another black dude says “what the fuck is wrong with you nigga?!!! He ran up on the guy and they literally almost came to blows. I was laughing like crazy, I teased both of them later and they both laughed later too. But farting is no joke in jail

Hahaha, funny what you say about Mexico being a nicer country than America. Can't really comment on that but I do know what you mean about Mexican bogs and having to put the paper in the bin - it ain't nice. As an Englishman I've been in the clink here in Mexico twice (only overnight in local holding cells), but there is no paper provided and only a hole in the floor - no bowl. Last time I was in there my arse, after Mexican chilli tacos and Bohemia Obscura beer just utterly exploded - pebbledashing half the cell. My cellmate, woken by the blast, called out to the guard for a bucket of water to throw down the bog after I'd finished. Then I went another 3 or 4 times in the night, just to finish the plastering job.
