All governing systems are (or eventually become) corrupt to varying degrees. This, unfortunately, is rooted in human nature to cheat and game the rules, and human cowardice (deference to wealth and power). The U.S. political system for example, is almost fully corrupt since Congress legalized corruption in the form of 'campaign contributions'. At the end of the day, all one can do to judge these systems is to look at the outcomes, on what they deliver for their peoples. In this respect, the current Chinese system has delivered a lot for its people over the last 40 years.

In a kingdom ( China ) there was a royal family all the kings of the present generation(I mean they were brother so when first prince died second prince took over the throne then second prince died third prince took over the throne and soon on.......) died one after another atlast all died. So they sent a knight to bring back the youngest prince(who was sent away for some reason that I forgot so he did not die) to take over the throne. The knight is a girl and so when she went and was bringing back the prince they faced many problems while solving the problems they fell in love with each other. At last the prince will came to know that the knights is the girl whom he helped when he was still in the kingdom.(Note: There was also a underwater kiss scene in this movie) It is a historical movie and I forgot the name of the movie. So do anyone know the name of the movie? If you know please comment.
