Very excited for you for your future plans!!! Definitely for long term, Jeju may be the better choice (as long as the population around will be able to support and you don't see competition joining soon). But considering your job as influencers and thinking of having Qutees visiting, it may be difficult for you to maintain the cafe when it's so far away. Like you said in the very beginning, there's no way to get there without a car. Judging from your video, there are also no lodging and tourist attractions within walking distance. Only if you have the time and money to preserver until the cafe itself to become an attraction (that can compete with somewhere like the hotel cafe), you may have a very difficult time. This is without considering the investment you need to put in building and renovation the empty land. If you have the cafe in maybe outskirts of Seoul, you can have a smaller shop and have the ability to take care of it in person (in which Qutees want to see you when we visit :) Just my personal thoughts and nonetheless you decided to go for, I hope for your success! QQ fighting!!
