Small tip from someone in this department. When you use syrup or chocolate to decorate your cup and you want it to look nice so it won't just fall directly, you have to use cold glass. You can do it in two ways: 1) put the glass in freezer for few minutes or and this is more often used 2) do chilling of the glass- put ice cubes in your glass and just mix it with spoon so your glass will be very cold from inside mostly and it's faster.

This all looks so amazing! You guys have some super amazing recipe ideas. Just letting you know, I've been a barista for many years now and I gathered some tips for you guys from the video. You have to grind your coffee beans for much longer. The water when it is not ground enough will pass through it too quickly and will not have enough time to gain strength. For espresso's you need to have cremor. Which is the rich lighter top you see espresso's having. Also if you mix honey and boiling water prior to making your drinks you can then measure say a teaspoon of your 'honey water' straight into your drink and no mixing it required that way you save time and it mixes every time. You can do this in bulk so you constantly have some ready seeing as most of your drinks require honey in iced drinks. Prepping as much as you can in advance is so key! We aim to make a coffee in about 45 seconds and no more than 2 minutes for cold blended drinks. You guys are inspiring me to start my own cafe! Your ideas look outstanding. I will definitely come!

I can give you tips on how to use the coffee machine girls!! I'm Italian and we use that everyday. You're supposed to fill the water part with water to the level of the little screw on the inside// and for the coffee part, you fill it until you make a little coffee mountain and close everything very very tightly and wait for it to completely come out at low heat AND never pour the last drop of coffee when you serve it, because it will have little coffee grains. Your drinks looked super tasty and made me instantly hungry, thank you for your content and stay safe 💞🌈

The science and barista knowledge made me want to say the reason the butterfly pea tea mixed with the lemon juice like that is because it’s a ph indicator and acidic solutions turn pink! But also I think it would’ve worked better if you had put it in slower so it wouldn’t have mixed so quickly or if you slowly put the lemon honey mixture on top. Either way I loved watching this video and I would love to give you barista/coffee tips in the future 🤩 hope I can visit the cafe you open in the future!

For the butterfly tee you should first put in the tee and then the lemon juce then there will still be the blue collor and it will look better. And a noter idea is the customer puts the lemon juce in so they can see how the collor changes. Sorry for my bad englisch. Love you guys 💕

For the butterfly pea menu, you can use 2 different cups (1 for the bttefly pea tea & 1 for the acid/lemon) so the customer can do the color-changing by themself :)
