I was also not into bollywood but just started seeing nepotism free and somewhat underrated movies. They are good to watch like tumbbad, andhadhun, gangs of Wasseypur, boxer, chicchore, trapped, game over, sala khadoos, lunchbox, Swadesh, Aligarh etc. Actually we should be blamed because of bad reputation of bollywood we never supported real gems of industry. Same goes for music too, I have seen some(not all) Indian kpop fans or English songs fans that they never fail to insult indian music on international channels when they do not even know’i’ of indian music

Depression is a silent killer. Patients are so good at hiding it from the world. They disguise themselves cleverly as much as they can. Then you come to a point everything seems useless/an effort and so mentally tiring. I myself a classic example. There is always sadness/fear lurking at the back of my heart for no apparent reason. It' goes onto weeping mode. It comes and goes as if you catch a cold. I am still alive after a few decades of suffering and medication to no avail. I hide from crowds as much as I can. Don't want to be judged by others due to lack of knowledge or understanding of the condition. Avoid crowds. They would call you 'spoilsport'. Your own people start turning against you, which is so hard to take it in. I don't blame them. They are no doctors. They may think you are lazy not wanting to par take. One has to go thro' own self to figure out why. After years and years of untold pain and suffering people don't plan this. Some take their own lives at the ages of 70, 80. No premeditation. I am relating to this untold pain. It is heart breaking to have witnessed my son now too going through similar type of mental disorder. They say it's hereditary. I am dying inside million times in helplessness watching precious lives famous/not famous from around the world are getting wasted this way with no cure. Medications just suppress your behavioral pattern. There were times I couldn't make up even a simple sentence/struggling to find right words( while administering medication). It sends the Brain to a dormant state,tricking patients believe they are better. Medications need to change every a couple of years. They become ineffective . Now there are new medications with less side effects but at a very high cost. My advice is to 'tough out' if you are brave enough if medication seems ineffective. May you all get courage to live peacefully.
