There is no problem in calling either standard or certification scheme..FSSC provides complete information to food industries how to go for FSSC certification and at the same time there are requirements in the form of ISO 22000, specific Technical Specifications and additional requirements, which is considered as standard. Moreover, GFSI benchmarks standards and FSSC is one of the standard who has got the GFSI recognition....so in short FSSC is a standard and also a certification scheme..
